What Happens If I Can't Make Photo Day?
In the case of our traditional photo program, most leagues offer a photo makeup day and you are welcome to come on either day! Teams who happen to have more players available on the rescheduled photo day may choose to come at that time instead. When in doubt, don’t hesitate to ask! Our customer service personnel are happy to help. Please call us at (800) 461-6575 if you’re going to miss your team’s scheduled time.
Can You Photograph Our Tournament / Special Event?
Unfortunately, we do not offer event or action photography. Equipment requirements are much different from that of portriait photography. However, we can help your league prepare for your tournament by providing promotional banners, posters, award plaques and locker room posters!
CAN I CONSOLIDATE SHIPPING IN THE ONLINE ORDERING GALLERY FOR MULTIPLE CHILDREN OR MULTIPLE GROUPS WITHIN THE SAME LEAGUE OR ORGANIZATION?
Yes! Once you have all desired items in your cart for one child or one set of photos, click the “Continue Shopping” button at the top right of the screen. This will prompt you to enter another code for either another child, another team or another dance number.
Place all desired items in your cart for those photos then either “Continue Shopping” again or, hit “Checkout” to complete your order. You will only be charged one shipping fee once you Checkout.
**Please note, we print your order in a booklet form. There will be one photo on the front cover. That photo will generally come from the first order you have placed in your cart. If ordering for multiple children within the same order, (consolidated shipping), only one child’s photo will appear on the front cover and your entire order will be contained within.

When Will My photo Order Arrive?
Photo products usually arrive at your league’s clubhouse 3 weeks after the last day of your league’s photo shoot! Pro Photo can take approximately 4 weeks. Photos are organized by the team and will be handed out by your team’s coach or league coordinator.
How Can I Order More Photos?
If you wish to order more photos after yours have arrived, give our customer service number a call at (800) 461-6575! Be sure to have your child’s team and league information on hand.

What Payment Options Are Available?
For traditional photography shoots, credit card, cash, or cheque is accepted with our physical order forms. With pro photography, cashiers are on-site to accept credit, debit, or cash. For information on apparel prices and payment, request a proposal!
