Getting Started on customizing a design
Select a product to begin creating a design. Select a colour from the drop-down menu next to the product then select Design Now. You can now use the design features below to begin creating your design.
Adding text to a design is easy. Simply Click on the “Add Text” button in the Design Studio. This will cause an “Insert Text Here” window to open where you can type the text you want to appear on the garment.
To edit text on a design, first select the text by clicking on it. This will cause the properties of the text to appear to the left of the design. You can change the text, font, color, spacing, etc., from the properties box.
To add Art to your design, start by clicking on the “Add Art” button in the Design Studio. From here you can Browse Design Ideas, Browse Clip Art, or select your Saved Art (if you have previously created and saved a design) If you select Design Ideas or Clip Art, categories will appear. Click on a category to view hundreds of designs. Click on a Design or Clip Art and it will appear on your garment. You can now move, resize, rotate and align your Art. If you wish to upload your own design, select Upload Image. See: How do I upload my own image or design.
To edit artwork on a design, first select the artwork by clicking on it. This will cause the properties of the image to appear to the left of the design. You can change the art, direction or color from the properties box.
Delete Art or Text
To remove art or text from your design, click on the element you wish to delete on the template image or in the layers section. This will select the elements layer. Click on the “Delete” button to delete the element from your design.
Change the Layer Order
To adjust the order of the layers, click on the “Edit Layers” button in the Design Studio. Select the layer of that element in the layers section. Click on the up or down arrow in the layers section to move that layer up or down in the stack.
Scale Art or Text
To make the art or text in a design bigger or smaller, start by clicking on the element you want to resize. When an element is selected, white boxes (handles) appear on the corners of the outlined element. By clicking on one of the white handles and holding the mouse button down, you can move the mouse to scale the element.
Position Art or Text
To change the position of a design on a garment click on design or element in a design. This will select that design or element. Simply hold the mouse button down and move the design or element to a new location on your garment.
How do I design the back of the garment?
When you have selected your product, select Change Product Side underneath the garment.
How do I upload my own image or design?
In the Design Now screen, select Upload Image. You can drag and drop your file here. File formats and size limits are available on this screen. The best option is to upload your artwork using an image format that supports transparency such as .PNG, .PSD or .GIF. Other formats may result in a box behind your artwork. If you cannot upload one of the preferred formats, please add a note in the shopping cart saying you would like our artists to remove the box for you.
How do I create a design without selecting a product?
If you wish to create a design but do not wish to select a product at this time or you would like the design to be printed on something other than a garment (i.e. caps, toques, bags, etc.), please select any garment and create your design. You can then save your design. To get a quote for other garments, save your design to your desktop then select REQUEST A QUOTE from the home page. You can now upload your design to the quote by dragging and dropping your saved file in the Upload Art section.
How do I add names and numbers?
Names and numbers can be added when you are creating your design. If you would like each garment to have its own name and number, please contact us by selecting REQUEST A QUOTE from the home page. We have several options for team wear and uniforms. We also manufacture fully customized full-colour dye sublimated uniforms.

How do I edit a design in my account?
Sign into your account using your email address and password. Select My Designs from the Account menu. All of your saved designs will be on this page. From the menu under your design, select Edit in Designer.
How do I delete designs from my account?
Sign In using your email address and password. Click the “MY ACCOUNT” link in the header bar and select “MY DESIGNS”. From here you can select the menu underneath your design and select Delete.
What if I want a product that you don't have on your website?
We offer a full range of products including jackets, polos, team uniforms, track suits, caps, toques, cinch bags, back packs, water bottles, etc. Please select REQUEST A QUOTE to let us know what you are looking for. We also manufacture fully customized full colour dye sublimated team uniforms. We can provide you with several brand options for any product you wish. Where can I find a sizing chart?
When you select a product, you will be able to see the Available Sizes. Underneath the sizes available you can select View Size Chart. This will take you to a size chart provided by the manufacturer of the garment.
How do I add the same design to multiple products?
After you have created and saved your design, you can select any products you wish then reapply the same design to these additional garments. In the Design page, select MY SAVED ART.
How do I change the product after I have created my design?
If you wish to change the product, in the Design page, at the bottom right under the product description, select Change Product. You can then select any product and your design will be applied to that product.
Why does my order status say "Pending Auth"?
If the status of your order is PENDING AUTH, this simply means your order is being processed through our order authorization system. If we need any additional information from you to complete your order, we will contact you via phone or email. If there is a problem with your artwork file (for customer created designs that you have uploaded to our website), you will be contacted as soon as possible.
Can I reorder a design I have previously ordered?
Yes. If you have your previous order saved in your Saved Designs section, you can reorder in a few simple steps. Select your product then in the design page select MY SAVED ART. You can then place a new order.
How do I add notes to my order?
Once you have completed your design and placed your order you will be able to add notes. In the Shopping Cart beside each item there is a box where you can add special instructions.
How can I get a price?
Once you have finalized your design and are ready to place an order, select NEXT STEP. Enter the quantities and sizes you would like and click the “GET PRICE” button. The price will be displayed. Note that pricing is based on the blank product plus the charge for decoration. Quantity discounts apply for many products. If the price is higher than your budget, try selecting fewer colours in your design. For Full Colour designs, the number of colours does not matter but dark garments are more expensive to print than lighter garments.
If you are not ready to create a design and would just like basic pricing, please select REQUEST A QUOTE from the Home page.
How can I get a quote?
From the Home Page, select REQUEST A QUOTE. The more details you can provide us will allow us to prepare a more accurate quote. If you are not sure what products or designs you would like, please let us know and we can offer you options and suggestions. For bulk orders (e.g. Teams, Clubs, Corporate, Schools) we offer complimentary graphic design.
What payment options are available?
We accept Visa and Mastercard. For bulk orders (Teams, Clubs, Corporate, Schools), please contact us for alternate payment arrangements.
Will you ship my order without payment?
All custom orders must be paid in full before production. We will always contact you if there is a problem. For bulk orders (Teams, Clubs, Corporate, Schools), please contact us for alternate payment arrangements.
What shipping methods are available?
We ship by Canada Post or Purolator Courier. When your order is ready to ship, we will select the cheapest shipping option for your area based on your shipping preferences (Regular or Express). You will be notified by email that your order has shipped and tracking information will be provided.
When will my order ship?
We expect your order to be shipped to you in approximately 10 days or less from the date of your order. Note: Processing times must be added to shipping times. Please contact us for RUSH orders.
Custom order garments or novelty items such as caps, toques, bags, uniforms, etc. may require a longer production time. Please select REQUEST A QUOTE to ask about special orders.
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere within Canada and the US. For US orders, customs and duties will be extra.

Yes, please contact us to make special arrangements and for pricing.

Due to the custom nature of your product, refunds will only be provided for errors in production or for quality defects.
